My name is Daniel. Thank you for finding me here on my site!

Throughout these pages, you will see my references to topics around People Strategy, People Analytics, HR Program Delivery, & Global Operations best practice. I have come to write and share my experience on these topics after 15 years helping global Tech & Manufacturing organizations - primarily DoubleVerify, IBM, SipChem & General Electric) as senior HR Consultant & Leader.

Since 2020, I have been primarily focused on helping DoubleVerify - a recently IPO’d ad-Tech firm in NYC with an amazing growth story - just before they went public to delivering significant growth and double digit expansion in a period when most young public companies were struggling with pandemic related economic instability and the ‘great' resignation’ that followed it.

My favorite success story at DoubleVerify came from our intense focus to improve on talent acquisition planning and delivery. Through improved process and analytics to monitor progress against important delivery metrics, our team was able to hire back skills to counter the levels of churn we experienced in 2021 and outpace DEI norms. Today I am the principal at Talentrics - Simple Workforce Strategy. Today, talentrics is a one man show, and more like a ‘Nom De Guerre’ but I expect that this space is growing, and there is a need for specialization on these particular topics..
